We started in 2020 from Shajapur, a small town in Madhya Pradesh that most tech companies have never heard of. Hariom Vishwkarma, the founder, was studying computer applications at Vikram University in Ujjain when he took on his first few clients — local businesses that needed websites but could not afford Delhi or Bangalore prices. Those early projects taught us something important: the software itself matters less than whether it actually solves the problem the business has.
Six years later, we have delivered over 20 projects across web development, mobile apps, CRM systems, billing platforms, and AI automation. Our clients range from solar energy companies that needed field operations tracking to e-commerce startups that needed a complete storefront with payment integration. We have built admin dashboards for schools, WhatsApp bots for customer support, and inventory management tools for small manufacturers.
We are not a large agency with 50 people and a fancy office. We are a focused engineering team that writes every line of code in-house. No outsourcing, no templates, no WordPress themes with a fresh coat of paint. When you hire us, you get custom software that belongs to you — the source code, the design, everything.

MLHK Infotech started in Barnawad, Shajapur, during the pandemic-era digital boom. We build complete digital ecosystems, not isolated websites or apps: systems that automate work, scale with the business and show results.

Our journey
MLHK Infotech was founded on 1 April 2020 by Hariom Vishwkarma while studying Computer Applications at Vikram University, Ujjain. Established to deliver bespoke software, website engineering, and digital consulting to businesses across Madhya Pradesh.
Expanded engineering capabilities into native Android applications (Java) and modular API backends. Began crafting administrative dashboards, inventory trackers, and bespoke digital branding for regional enterprises.
Formally registered with the Ministry of MSME, Government of India (UDYAM-MP-44-0005223) under software publishing and computer consultancy. Launched multi-sector venture projects including IKSC India e-commerce and TET News publishing.
Engineered full enterprise suites: custom CRM pipelines, GST billing, and inventory tracking. Partnered on digital project management for renewable energy infrastructure with Erotix Green Energy, and prototyped high-efficiency streaming players (RX Media).
Received official GSTIN certification (23CHLPV2868R1CJ) as an Electronic Commerce Operator and IT consultancy. Established an active commercial operations office in Indore, MP to oversee pan-India delivery, server hardening, and cybersecurity implementations.
Pioneered operational AI automation combining n8n pipelines, PostgreSQL state machines, and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Published the @mlhkinfotech/types TypeScript ecosystem contracts for enterprise automation.
Architected and deployed the unified MLHK Cloud Platform (mlhk.in) on Cloudflare's 330+ city Global Edge network. Proudly championing Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat by delivering zero-vendor-lockin software from Bharat to the world.

Websites, web apps, Android apps, admin dashboards, CRM and ERP systems, billing tools, and AI-based automation. If your business runs on software or needs software to run better, that is what we do. We have built everything from a single-page portfolio site for a local studio to a full invoicing and client management platform.
How long does a typical project take?+
A straightforward business website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. An Android app with a backend and admin panel is more like 6 to 10 weeks. Large systems like CRM or ERP are scoped in phases — you get working software early and we keep building on top of it. We will give you a realistic timeline upfront, not a sales pitch.
I am based in another city. Can you still work with me?+
Yes, most of our clients are not in Shajapur. We work with businesses across Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Ahmedabad, and beyond. Everything happens over WhatsApp, Google Meet, and screen shares. You get regular updates, and you do not need to visit an office for anything.
What happens after the project is delivered?+
We do not disappear after launch. Every project includes a handover document, and we offer ongoing support and maintenance — server monitoring, security patches, bug fixes, and feature updates. If something breaks at 11 PM, you can call us directly.
How much does a website or app cost?+
It depends on what you need. A business website starts around ₹15,000-25,000. A web app with user login, dashboard, and database is in the ₹40,000-80,000 range. Enterprise systems are priced based on scope. We never charge by the hour or pad estimates — you get a fixed quote based on exactly what we are building.
Do you use templates or build from scratch?+
From scratch, always. We do not reskin WordPress themes or drag-and-drop builders. Your website is coded line by line, which means it loads faster, ranks better on Google, and does not look like five other businesses in your industry.
Will I own the code and the design?+
100 percent. Once the project is paid for, the source code, design files, database, and every asset belongs to you. There is no vendor lock-in and no monthly hostage fee. You can take it to another developer tomorrow if you want — though we would rather you stayed.
Can you help with Google ranking and SEO?+
Every website we build is already optimised for search engines — fast load times, clean HTML, proper meta tags, structured data, and mobile-first design. If you need ongoing SEO work like keyword targeting, content strategy, or Google Ads, we offer that as part of our digital marketing service.
I already have a website but it is slow or outdated. Can you fix it?+
Yes. We regularly take over existing websites and rebuild or optimise them. Sometimes it is a full redesign, sometimes it is fixing the slow database queries or moving to better hosting. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it needs a fix or a fresh start.
What technologies do you use?+
It depends on the project. For websites we often use Next.js, React, or plain HTML/CSS depending on what the project needs. Backend can be Node.js, Laravel (PHP), Flask (Python), or Java. Mobile is native Android. Databases include MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and MongoDB. We pick what fits your problem, not what is trending on Twitter.
