What does MLHK Infotech build?+
We build web platforms, Android apps, SaaS products, CRM and ERP systems, and AI-driven automation. We also handle design, digital marketing and ongoing support.
How long does a typical project take?+
A focused website or internal tool can launch in a few weeks. Larger CRM, ERP or mobile projects are scoped in phases, so you see working software early and at a predictable cost.
Do you work with businesses outside Shajapur?+
Yes. We work with clients across India. Most of our delivery happens remotely with regular reviews, so location is not a constraint.
Do you provide support after launch?+
Yes. Our Support & Maintenance service covers monitoring, security updates, bug fixes and technical support after your system goes live.

Will my website be found on Google?+
Every site ships with clean metadata, a sitemap, structured data and fast pages, which are the technical basics for search. Ranking also depends on content and competition, which we can plan with you.

We build Android applications. For iOS requirements we scope the work first and tell you whether it fits our current capability.
Can the app connect to our existing system?+
Yes. We build secure APIs and integrate with existing databases, CRMs and ERP systems, subject to access to those systems.

Technical fixes can show within weeks. Organic growth from content typically takes several months, and we agree realistic milestones at the start.
Do you guarantee rankings?+
No. Anyone who guarantees a search ranking cannot control Google. We commit to the work, the measurement and the reporting.

Vector source files, raster exports in standard sizes, and the brand guidelines. You own the final assets once the project is paid.
Can you design only the UI without a full brand?+
Yes. UI and UX design can be scoped on its own, using the existing brand if you have one.
Support & Maintenance

Support hours and response times are set out in your support plan, so you know exactly when and how to reach us before you sign.
Do you take over systems built by other teams?+
Yes, after a short audit of the codebase, infrastructure and documentation to agree what is in scope.

We do not claim certification or accreditation. Any security testing is carried out only under a written scope agreed in advance, and we describe its limits in the report.
Will my systems be fully protected after your work?+
No security work can guarantee full protection. We reduce risk in the agreed scope and tell you what remains, so decisions are based on facts.

Yes. Enterprise systems are built to your workflows. We keep standard features where they fit and customise where your process differs.
How do you handle access control?+
Role-based access with audit logs for sensitive actions. Permissions are defined with you during the design phase.
AI & Automation
Service detailsWhat data do I need before automation can start?+
Less than most people expect. We need access to the systems where the work happens and a sample of past records. We assess data quality in the first phase.
Will automation replace my staff?+
We design automation to remove repetitive tasks so people spend time on exceptions and decisions. Staffing changes are your decision, and we do not recommend removing human review from high-risk steps.
How do you keep AI outputs reliable?+
We validate inputs, log every automated decision, route low-confidence cases to a person, and measure accuracy against the process you agreed to improve.
